Finding Your Way with AI
Not everyone wants to race into the future of artificial intelligence.
Some of us want to walk in with intention—and maybe even look around first.
Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about what it means to “find your way” with AI—especially for those of us who have been in the workforce (and the world) long enough to have watched multiple waves of tech transformation roll through.
For some, finding their way with AI might mean learning how to use tools like ChatGPT to boost productivity or idea generation. For others, it could mean understanding the limitations of AI, or figuring out where it fits into their professional life—or doesn’t. And for many, it might be about reclaiming a sense of agency in a time of rapid change.
Here are a few questions I’m sitting with:
What does a healthy, grounded relationship with AI look like?
How can we approach AI not with fear or hype, but with curiosity and clarity?
What does it mean to integrate these tools without losing our voice, our values, or our sense of purpose?
I don’t think there’s one right path—just the one that’s right for you.
And that’s what I want to explore more deeply.
💬 Thanks for reading — and if this topic speaks to you, please share your take.
👉 How are you currently feeling about AI?
👉 What’s been helpful (or confusing) as you try to engage with it?
👉 Do you have your own way of “finding your path” with new tech?
Whether you're curious, cautious, excited, or still sorting it out — I welcome all perspectives. This is something I’m exploring in my own life and work, and I’ll be continuing the conversation in the weeks ahead. Let’s learn from each other.
