It’s Not so much About My Opinion—It’s About You

In the world of tech support, you’ll often run into “that guy.” You know the type—he’s already got all the answers, he knows what you should be doing, and he’s quick to tell you what you’ve been doing “wrong.” That’s not me.

Here’s the truth: my opinion doesn’t matter. Yours does.

When it comes to your Apple ecosystem—your iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, iCloud—it’s not about what I think is the “right” way to set it up. It’s about what you need it to do for your life. If your tech doesn’t fit your lifestyle, then it’s not working for you, period.

That’s why I always start with a conversation, not a lecture. I want to know:

• What are you struggling with?

• What’s slowing you down?

• Where do you feel like your Apple setup is missing something?

Because here’s the big difference: I’m not a typical tech guy. I’m not here to make you feel small, or to tell you what you “should” want. I’m here to listen, to understand, and then to help your Apple devices work together in a way that makes your daily life smoother, simpler, and—yes—more enjoyable.

At the end of the day, your tech should serve you, not the other way around. And my job? To make sure it actually does.
