Success doesn’t always look like a bigger bank account. Sometimes, it looks like a better world.

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on the "Soulpreneur" way of life and why it’s the only path that makes sense for Michael Coury Tech.

In the traditional business world, the "Entrepreneur" is often taught to scale, delegate, and exit. Success is a number on a spreadsheet. But as a Soulpreneur, my "ROI" is measured differently.

For me, being a Soulpreneur means:

Purpose Over Profit: I’m not here to build a tech empire; I’m here to use my skills to solve real problems for real people.

The "Work as Service" Mindset: Every project I take on isn't just a transaction; it's an opportunity to leave a situation better than I found it.

Authentic Alignment: I do what I love because I feel a calling to do it. Even on the days when the "wealth" isn't piling up, the sense of fulfillment is.

I’ve realized that I would rather make a genuine difference in one person's life or business than be the head of a faceless corporation. The "wealth" I'm gaining is the knowledge that my work matters.

It’s about "netcaring" instead of just networking. It’s about being proud of what I do when I sign off at the end of the day.

To the other Soulpreneurs out there: If you’re feeling the pressure to grow faster or earn more, remember why you started. If you are making a difference, you are already successful.
