The Support app is like having a little Apple expert right in your pocket. You can check warranty info, get repair options, and even chat with Apple right from your iPhone. It’s clean, easy, and saves you time when you just need a quick answer.

And on the Mac, the Tips app quietly updates with short, helpful ideas for doing things smarter — like reminders from a calm friend who knows their way around the dock.

I always tell my clients: use these tools right alongside what we do together. Think of them as part of your beach setup — I bring the umbrella and the chair, and Apple brings the sunscreen and towel. Together, it just works better.
