Movie making just because! With free tools you already have.

At Michael Coury Tech, I’ve worked with folks who’ve experienced the golden age of photography—film cameras, photo albums, and camcorders that were as big as breadboxes. And now, everything fits in your iPhone. It’s incredible, but it can also be a bit overwhelming.

So, here’s a friendly reminder: you can still make movies, capture amazing photos, and organize them in a way that tells your story. It’s not about creating content for the world; it’s about making something meaningful for yourself, your family, and the people you care about.

🎥 Movie-Making Made Easy

Guess what? Your iPhone or iPad already has a powerful movie studio built in! Seriously. With the Photos app and iMovie, you can create little family documentaries, birthday recaps, pet montages, or vacation highlight reels—all from the comfort of your couch.

Let’s start simple:

• Pick a few video clips or Live Photos.

• Open the Photos app and tap “Memories”—Apple often creates something for you!

• Or use iMovie to add titles, music, and trim clips.

Need a little help making it pop? That’s what I’m here for. I can show you how to create a movie that feels like you—without needing to be a Hollywood editor.

📸 Photos That Actually Tell a Story

Your phone can now shoot in Portrait Mode, Night Mode, and even Cinematic Mode. But the real magic isn’t in the fancy features—it’s in learning how to frame a moment.

Here are some quick tips I give my clients:

• Don’t zoom—step closer.

• Take three photos: wide, medium, and close.

• Capture those in-between moments, not just the poses.

These photos become your digital memory vault—but this time, they’re searchable by date, person, and even what’s in the picture (thanks, Apple magic).

🗂 Albums That Actually Make Sense

Photos are awesome. But scrolling through 7,000 pictures? Not so much.

That’s where albums come in. You can create albums like:

• Grandkids 2024

• Road Trip to Big Sur

• Mom’s Garden Through the Seasons

You can even make Shared Albums with family and friends. Add photos together, leave comments, and keep everyone in the loop without using social media.

And here’s the best part: once you set up your albums right, everything feels calmer. Organized. Yours. Like walking into a room where everything’s in the right place.

Why This Matters

This isn’t about being a YouTuber or going viral. It’s about turning your everyday life into something beautiful and lasting.

Photos and home movies used to be something you’d sit down and share over coffee. Guess what? They still can be.

At Michael Coury Tech, I can help you:

• Learn to shoot better photos and videos

• Edit without frustration

• Set up albums that keep you sane

• Make keepsake videos for birthdays, anniversaries, or just because

Let’s make technology personal again.

Whether it’s a 3-minute highlight video or organizing a lifetime of memories, you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Want to make your memories shine?

Let’s set up a session and get started. Your story is worth telling—your way.
